Always wonderful! You will NEVER find a doctor's office like this, truly unique and stands far superior to any other medical clinic I've ever been to. The staff genuinely cares about each person, treats everyone with dignity and respect, and best of all....they do their job. I NEVER have to ask them something twice, I've been going nearly 4 years for chronic pain and I've come to know that when the pharmacy tries to blame the doctors office for something, it's just not true. When prior authorizations are required, they will have them done over the phone within the hour (usually less time than that). I really can go on and on, but if you're weary about switching doctors or finding the right one, just know you will never find more understanding people than these. If you have addiction issues, all they want to know is that you want help, and they will help you. If you have chronic pain and tired of the circles other pain management people run you around in,and the hoops you have to jump through, look no further. When other people turn you away, just be honest and open about your situation and they will welcome you to the family!

Outstanding! These people are kind, understanding and respectful. In every other experience I've had with a doctor or nurse, I felt more like a burden or they didn't really care what I had to say. Not here. I'm glad I found them.
